Home Owners Association

Your board of directors meets monthly (generally on the fourth Tuesday at 7pm) with the managment company to review community operations and review any member requests. You are represented by the current board as follows:

Dear Homeowner,

We would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about our company and our services that we will be performing for your community.

We specialize in the management of Homeowners Associations. Some that you may be familiar with are Deer Creek, Nottingham Forest South, Royse, Wynnewood, and The Village at IronHorse.

We will perform general administrative duties which will include maintaining homeowner records, billing association dues and other assessments as required, prepare monthly financial statements, maintain bank accounts and prepare checks for payments of all bills.

We will oversee the maintenance and repairs of common areas and communicate to the board our findings and recommendations.

If you see any maintenance items on common areas, lights or fountains please contact our office at the number below.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and we maintain a 24 hour emergency telephone line. If you get the answering machine please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. However, if it is an emergency push 0 and an operator will page us. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.
