Maintenance Contact the management company with any concerns/requests at (913) 814-0990. You can contact a member of the board if you are having any problems with the management company. Contact Defenbaugh directly about any problems with your trash service. For curbside recycling, sign-up with the city of Overland Park (Click Here). Lanscaping and Home Improvement It is your responsibility to ensure that any home improvement and/or landscaping activities comply with both Overland Park and Harwycke policies. Be sure to call 1-800-DIG-SAFE before any digging commences in your property. This is a free service so take advantage of it. Recommended Contractors Refer your trusted contractors to your neighbors. Email the webmaster with the contractor's name, specialty, contact information, and any short comments as well as your own name and contact information and it will be posted here. for contractors. This service includes contact information and
